Madhuri Dixit (Madhuri Dixit Shankar was born May 15, 1967) is an Indian actress of Bollywood. During 1980 and 1990, has emerged as one of the greatest actresses of Hindi cinema and dancers. She has appeared in numerous commercial successes and has been recognized by several performances and dance numbers in films. Dixit is often quoted by media as one of the greatest actresses of Bollywood. In 2008 he was awarded the Padma Shri, India’s fourth highest civilian award, the Government of India.
Madhuri Dixit is a native of Bombay, India. Madhuri Dixit was Shankar Shankar and Snehlata Dixit, a native Marathi Brahmin family. Dixit attended Divine Child High School and the University of Mumbai and wanted to be a microbiologist. She is an accomplished Kathak dancer and trained for eight years.
In 1999, married Madhuri Dixit Nene Shriram Madhav, a surgeon at UCLA cardiovascular exercises designed in Denver. Mr. Nene is also from a Marathi Brahmin family. She has two sons, Arin (born March 18, 2003 in Colorado) and Raay (born 8 March 2005 in Colorado).
